Agreement is finalised with London Borough of Barnet to deliver a Build to Rent project with considerable amenities to support an edge of city location.

Initial surveys of the site are undertaken and preliminary concept design work is completed.

Commencement of more detailed early design proposals to help inform consultation.

We’re here: Public consultation on the plans for the future of the site with the area’s residents, businesses and stakeholders. The design team will then review and consider the feedback received.
