This website exhibits our developing design proposals for Stoney Wood Quarter. London Placemaking have designed proposals for a residential development on the Fairway, delivering c.500 new homes, alongside considerable new public realm and a broad range of amenities that will be available for use by the whole local community.
Once complete, the project will be leased to, and eventually be owned by, Barnet Council.
The design approach has been informed by constructive engagement with officers at Barnet Council and the GLA over recent months. We welcome your feedback on the proposals, which we will consider as the plans are finalised for submission to the Council. You will be able to offer your feedback via our online comments form.
